We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@elohimusa.com with your order number. Items must be in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
